Some FAQs:<\/span><\/p>

Q: Will my information submitted through the registration link be shared?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

A: No. This is for Milestone\u2019s internal purposes only to track who was able to attend the meeting. It also provides us with the information needed to follow-up on any specific questions after the meeting, if needed.\u00a0<\/p>

Q: How do I access the webinar at the date\/time it is scheduled for?<\/b><\/p>

A: Once you register for the Webinar through the link above (also here \u2013<\/p>

, you will receive a separate email with a link and password to join. This email will also contain a calendar invite so you can add it to your schedule. Milestone will also send out the link again to all those who registered the day before, as well as 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time. Click the link provided and enter the password. You should automatically join the Webinar.<\/p>

Q: What if I want to join by phone?<\/b><\/p>

A: Your registration link will contain a phone number and passcode for the Webinar. You can dial in by phone with this number and passcode. Milestone will be presenting a powerpoint presentation of project details on the Webinar, so be aware that you may be unable to follow this portion on your phone.<\/p>

Q: I have a neighbor who did not receive the notice, but wants to join. How can they join?<\/b><\/p>

A: Please tell them to register for the meeting on this website, at the link above.\u00a0<\/p>

Q: What if I didn\u2019t receive a meeting confirmation after I registered?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

A: Please check your spam\/junk folders to see if it was filtered there. If not, please call us at (410) 299-4364 or email at sitelink@milestonetowers.com so we can send you a new confirmation email.\u00a0<\/p>

Q: I am having trouble hearing in the meeting. What do I do?<\/b><\/p>

A: Try to dial in\/join the meeting online again. When you enter, it should prompt you to join by phone audio or computer audio.\u00a0<\/p>

Q: How will the Q&A portion of the meeting work?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

A:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>All participants will be required to \u201cRaise Their Hand\u201d on the Webinar tool if they would like to speak. You can \u201cRaise Your Hand\u201d by scrolling your mouse to the bottom of the webinar screen and selecting \u201cRaise Hand\u201d. Milestone will take questions in the order that participants have raised their hand. We understand many of you will have multiple questions, so we will do our best to answer as much as we can while being respectful of other people\u2019s time and questions as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>
